Key Responsibilities
Customer and Technical Support
- Diagnose system issues while servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and customer site visits
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, and hire installations on-site
- Build strong customer relationships as a trusted contact point
- Collaborate with the Hire Desk, Sales Team, and Operations Team to share key customer insights
- Work with cutting-edge software, diagnostic tools, and manuals to diagnose and repair units efficiently

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate regular completed invoiced work reports
- Maintain communication with supervisors, Hire Managers, Operations, and Senior Technicians
- Drive improvement initiatives by sharing performance updates with stakeholders
Internal Controls & Administration
- Operate as a field-based technician on customer sites
- Apply customer service best practices
- Excel in communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Use scheduling software, diagnostic tools, and the MS Office Suite
Credentials & Requirements
This role requires:
- Field-based work flexibility across customer sites
- First Aid Certificated (F-Gas)
- Gas Safe registration and advantage
- Ability to cover call-outs on weekends, bank holidays, and weekends
- UK Driver’s License to operate a company-provided vehicle
- Eligibility for employment in line with local laws
- (Preferred) Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
