The Role: Service Technician

As a Service Technician At Sandicliffe Leicester, You Will

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Complete diagnostic checks and fault finding work
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety, regulatory, and brand guidelines
  • Work efficiently and accurately within a supportive workshop environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service through quality workmanship
  • Keep detailed and compliant repair and service records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive team culture

This is an excellent role for a technician who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and providing consistently high quality vehicle care.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome a broad range of experience and backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • A logical, problem solving approach
  • A commitment to safe working practices
  • A positive, collaborative attitude
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a leading dealership environment
