Service Transition & Quality Manager
£44,000-£48,000 Would you like to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group? Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the lookout for a passionate Service Transition and Quality Manager to join our team!
About the Role
This role oversees the successful introduction and continuous improvement of our IT services across our clubs and central teams.
You’ll act as the gatekeeper for service transitions, ensuring new technologies are:
- Fully tested
- Supported
- Delivered to a high standard
You’ll work closely with:
- Operations
- Member Experience
- IT stakeholders
Additionally, you’ll:
- Support service reviews
- Monitor supplier performance
- Lead training programs
- Optimise IT systems for a seamless experience

About You
Requirements
- Strong IT Service background with a good understanding of ITIL frameworks and technical environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong:
- Analytical
- Organisational
- Problem-solving
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership
