ServiceNow Administrator - Birmingham (Hybrid) - Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a ServiceNow Administrator to work within a global law firm on a permanent basis based in Birmingham.
This role will support the rollout, administration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow modules, including user and group management, access controls, and data integrity.
- Configure and support ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalogue.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with support partners where required.
- Support integrations with third-party systems and tools.
- Maintain platform documentation, including configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
- Coordinate platform upgrades, changes, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support business users with ServiceNow processes and best practice.
- Configure and schedule reports, notifications, and system alerts.
- Manage CMDB health and support the creation and maintenance of user training materials.

Key Experience

- Proven ServiceNow administration and configuration experience.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSO, WSD, and LSD.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience configuring reports, notifications, and platform administration.
- Experience managing and maintaining CMDB health.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ITIL principles.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) desirable.
- ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
- Experience within the legal sector desirable.
