ServiceNow Architect

Remote Up to £100,000

My client is looking to add a ServiceNow Architect to their team to help deliver new processes, features, and improvements across the ServiceNow platform. We are looking for experience in:

  • ITSM
  • CSM
  • ITOM
  • FSM
  • Domain Separation

The role will involve:

  • Leading the overall design of large-scale ServiceNow applications and delivering high-value technical solutions.
  • Managing upgrade cycles and implementing new functionalities to enhance the user experience.
  • Continuously improving ServiceNow capabilities and proposing integrations with other tools.
  • Running architecture governance processes and shaping the architectural strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Delivering on ITIL processes and ServiceNow solutions.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients, offering expert input and guiding junior members.
  • Participating in Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions.

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in:
    • ITSM
    • CSM
    • ITOM
    • FSM
    • Domain Separation
  • Experience and knowledge with web technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is advantageous.
  • Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points.
