ServiceNow GRC Architect
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate regulatory and risk management requirements into scalable ServiceNow capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver ServiceNow GRC solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Lead solution design workshops and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design scalable, secure, and best-practice ServiceNow architectures.
- Collaborate with business, security, and compliance teams to align solutions with organisational objectives.
- Provide guidance to developers and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in the GRC suite.
- Strong understanding of Technical, governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-GRC) certifications are highly desirable.
