Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in order management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities, particularly in relation to order management processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to order management.
- Analyze current order management processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow development teams.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance order management efficiency.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications related to order management.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure optimal use of the platform.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on order management functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond order management, such as Incident Management, Change Management, or Asset Management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Certifications related to ServiceNow or Business Analysis (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated experience in order management processes and systems.
