Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB / ITOM Developer to support the design, development, and optimisation of our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on CMDB and IT Operations Management for up to 6 months. You will play a key role in improving service visibility, data quality, and operational efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.
- Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB Health.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimise system performance.
- Collaborate with architects, platform owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong CMDB and ITOM expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server configuration.
- Strong JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and CMDB best practices.

- Up to 6 months work
- Outside IR35 rates
- Must be available ASAP
- 5 days onsite requirement
