Senior Consultant – ServiceNow HRSD
Location: UK (hybrid working)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus + benefits
Do you have experience supporting ServiceNow HRSD implementations, working across business and technical teams? Can you facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate them into user stories, process flows or service catalogues? Are you interested in HR transformation, including employee experience, process improvement and digital enablement?
The Opportunity: Connect people, process and technology
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to support the delivery of digital HR solutions across a range of transformation programmes.
In this role, you will help organisations improve how HR services are designed and delivered by translating business requirements into practical, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand current challenges, map processes and define future-state solutions.
Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will turn requirements into clear, structured deliverables that support successful implementation.
This is a non-technical, consultative role, focused on improving user experience, streamlining operations and enabling effective change.

Key Experience
- SC Clearance (or eligibility)
- ServiceNow certification (CIS HRSD preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting:
- End-to-end system implementations, or
- Delivery of HR technology solutions
- Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- ServiceNow HRSD capabilities (e.g. case management, knowledge, employee services)
- How HR interacts with other business functions
- Experience working with stakeholders to define requirements and support delivery
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate business needs into structured deliverables
- Understanding of delivery lifecycles (requirements through to rollout)
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery approaches
Nice to Have
- Exposure to delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, or similar)
- Experience supporting project or programme delivery
- Awareness of emerging capabilities such as AI within HR platforms

Additional details:
Due to the secure and highly sensitive nature of the position and working environment, you must have or be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance. This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and be eligible for UK Security Vetting at SC level. Clearance sponsorship will be provided where required. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should meet the relevant residency requirements.
