Servicenow Delivery Lead
Senior ServiceNow Delivery Lead
Job Type: Permanent Location: England, UK (London, Manchester & Ipswich) Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite every week)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead to guide the full lifecycle of enterprise ServiceNow engagements. The ideal candidate will drive delivery excellence, manage end-to-end project execution, foster stakeholder collaboration, and ensure high-quality implementations while advocating for continuous platform improvements and adherence to governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects (multi-faceted engagements).
- Own project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams including:
- Developers
- Technical Leads
- Architects
- Business Analysts
- Quality Assurance (QA) engineers
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce SDLC best practices.
- Provide specialized technical and delivery leadership across key ServiceNow modules:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- CMDB
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Review solution architecture and verify alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
- Oversee customer communication, escalation management, and stakeholder expectation-setting.
- Drive delivery quality through:
- Code reviews
- Governance
- Testing methodologies
- Release management workflows
- Mentor team members and cultivate internal expertise.
- Champion process innovation to enhance delivery efficiency and operational excellence.

Experience & Competencies
- 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years dedicated to ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated track record leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Deep understanding of:
- ITIL frameworks and processes
- ServiceNow platform architecture
- JavaScript & Glide API
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- REST/SOAP integrations
- CMDB functionality
- CSDM implementation
- Experience managing distributed/global delivery teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong background in project management and delivery governance.
- Broad exposure to Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
