Technical Delivery Specialist (ServiceNow)
Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite (Stevenage or London)
Initial 12-Month Contract
Day Rate: circa-£500 (outside IR35)
I’m supporting an innovative, global biotechnology organisation in the search for an experienced Technical Delivery Specialist to help drive the delivery and optimisation of their ServiceNow platform.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at the forefront of life sciences, where you'll play a key role in delivering ServiceNow initiatives, improving service delivery, and driving automation across enterprise systems.
The Role
You'll work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. This is a delivery-focused position, combining stakeholder engagement, platform enhancement and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive ServiceNow integrations across enterprise systems.
- Improve service management processes through automation and workflow optimisation.
- Support the rollout of new features, enhancements and platform capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
- Promote ServiceNow governance, best practice and knowledge sharing.

Skills/Experience required
- ServiceNow platform delivery and implementation.
- Delivering IT or digital projects in enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow integrations and service management processes.
- ITIL principles and IT Service Management.
- Stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
- Process improvement, automation and workflow optimisation.
- End-to-end project delivery from requirements through to implementation.
- Working alongside third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS or similar).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
- Experience supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
