Role Overview
The ServiceNow Developer role focuses on delivering advanced ServiceNow solutions, including ITOM, ITSM, and Work Model capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and drive innovation in a hybrid work environment.
Security Clearance: SC Cleared only
LOCATION: London (flexible) max 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to streamline operational processes and improve system efficiency.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to align with organizational requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow configurations.
- Monitor and optimize ServiceNow system performance to ensure reliability and scalability for business operations.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for ServiceNow-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement best practices to maintain compliance and security standards.
- Create detailed documentation for ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities to build internal capabilities and foster growth.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
- Ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects while adhering to quality standards and organizational goals.
- Contribute to the company’s mission by leveraging ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
