ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM Implement workflows for Problem Management, Complaints Management, and Knowledge Management Create and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Enhance platform performance and ensure best practices in development

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development Expertise in ITSM, ITOM Experience in Problem Management, Complaints Management, Knowledge Management Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting Exposure to integrations and ServiceNow platform customization
