ServiceNow Developer Opportunity | ITSM
I'm currently supporting a rapidly growing UK-based organisation that has established itself as a leader within its sector through a strong focus on customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation. The business serves a diverse portfolio of enterprise and public sector customers and continues to invest heavily in technology platforms that enable operational excellence and scalable growth.
As part of this investment, they are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help evolve and enhance their ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Drive enhancements across ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalogue
- Support and mature CMDB and CSDM adoption
- Design and optimise ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Develop Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions
- Build engaging self-service experiences within Service Portal
- Deliver integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Support platform governance, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:
- Strong ServiceNow development experience
- Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, and Service Portal
- JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, and best practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are highly desirable, alongside experience with SPM, ATF, Employee Centre, Azure, Agile delivery, and DevOps methodologies.
