About The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process, including feedback and offer negotiations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
