About the Role
As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll support the design, development, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions that help organisations improve the way they manage services, processes, and technology.
Working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, you'll develop scalable solutions, enhance platform capabilities, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business value.
This role is ideal for someone with strong ServiceNow development experience who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and working with emerging platform capabilities, including AI-powered solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Supporting platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow integration capabilities
- Creating and maintaining automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Troubleshooting platform issues and providing production support
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Supporting IT service management processes and best practice delivery
- Identifying opportunities to leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities and platform innovations
Skills & Experience
- Strong ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Expertise in ServiceNow AI features and platform architecture
- Experience with JavaScript scripting and custom development within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues and supporting production environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
