About the Role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Developer to join our ServiceNow practice and deliver innovative, scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development with hands-on experience in either CSM or HRSD.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices
- Configure and customize:
- ServiceNow applications
- Workflows
- Forms
- UI Policies
- Client Scripts
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Notifications
- Develop reusable and scalable components using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting APIs
- Build and support integrations using:
- REST
- SOAP
- IntegrationHub
- MID Server
- Third-party APIs
- Participate in solution design sessions and provide technical input into architecture discussions
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely defect resolution
- Ensure developments follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong coding and configuration experience
- ServiceNow Platform Development experience
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification for the role
Applicants must be sole British nationals and eligible for SC clearance.
