ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect | Up to £105k + bonus

We're partnered with a leading ServiceNow Partner that's making serious investment into its HRSD capability and pipeline.

They've got the projects, the backing, and the ambition, now they need someone who can genuinely lead from the front.

This is a chance to step into a role where you're not just delivering projects…you're shaping how enterprise HR transformation is done.

Why this role stands out

If you're currently feeling like just another cog in a large delivery machine, this is a genuine opportunity to:

  • Own solution design end-to-end, not just contribute to it.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Influence how ServiceNow HRSD is positioned, sold and delivered.
  • Play a visible role in a growing practice where your impact is recognised.

You'll be operating at the intersection of HR, technology and experience, helping organisations completely rethink how they deliver services to their people.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions across complex enterprise environments, with a strong focus on experience, automation and AI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
