ServiceNow ITSM Tester
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract: Initial 12-month contract
Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)
A ServiceNow ITSM Tester is required to support a large-scale ServiceNow implementation programme.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions through functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test scripts across ServiceNow ITSM modules, including ITOM Discovery.
- Support functional, integration, regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases and test results.
- Validate functionality across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB and ITOM.
- Manage defects through logging, triage, prioritisation and retesting.
- Work closely with developers, architects, business SMEs and process owners throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Prepare test data and maintain test environments.
- Support UAT planning, execution and issue resolution.
- Produce test documentation, metrics and test completion reports.
- Promote the use of the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and testing best practice.

Required Experience:
- Proven experience testing ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and testing methodologies.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
- Experience using test and defect management tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
