ServiceNow Lead Architect (Remote)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK technology and digital services organisation delivering mission-critical solutions for major public and private sector clients.
Working in a fully remote role, you will:
About the Role
- Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of complex ServiceNow solutions across large-scale enterprise environments
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, developers, and administrators
- Influence technical strategy and engage with senior stakeholders
- Drive best practice in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Operations
- Work with modern cloud and enterprise technologies in a high-impact leadership position

Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead Architect in large enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSDM
- Experience in designing and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations, including domain separation
- Knowledge of both cloud-hosted and on-premise ServiceNow environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
- Experience designing scalable enterprise architectures with multiple integrations
- Previous experience leading and mentoring technical teams (architects, developers, administrators)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on technical leadership
- Experience evaluating emerging technologies and driving platform improvements
- Project delivery experience using Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies

- ITIL certification
- Prince2, PMP, or similar project management certification
- Eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance
