You will join Deutsche Bank as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator, working with a collaborative and global PlatformNow team to support a mission-critical ServiceNow platform used across the organisation. In this role, you will be part of a team that maintains platform stability, availability, and service quality, while supporting teams and stakeholders to resolve issues. You will connect closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to enhance and support reliable service delivery in a regulated environment.
This is a role where you can contribute meaningfully, share ideas, and support the strategic vision, while being part of a supportive and inclusive team.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform including instance management, access control, and instance health monitoring
- Maintain platform configurations, including workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules
- Contribute to stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and service improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects to deliver platform enhancements
- Proactively identify and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within ITSM and platform processes
Your Skills And Experience
- Proven experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Service Request
- Working knowledge of platform configuration (flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies)
- Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and request management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
