Position Overview
You will join Deutsche Bank as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator, working with a collaborative and global PlatformNow team to support a mission-critical ServiceNow platform used across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain platform stability, availability, and service quality
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to enhance and support reliable service delivery in a regulated environment
- Contribute meaningfully to the strategic vision while being part of a supportive and inclusive team

Your Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance (instance management, access control, health monitoring)
- Manage platform configurations (workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules)
- Stakeholder Support:
- Facilitate communication, issue resolution, and service improvements
- Collaborative Enhancements:
- Work with Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects to deliver platform upgrades
- Proactive Issue Resolution:
- Identify and address defects, performance bottlenecks, and platform issues
- Automation & Efficiency:
- Explore opportunities to optimise ITSM and platform processes
Your Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven enterprise-level ServiceNow administration experience
- Strong command of core modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Request)
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Platform configuration (flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies)
- Incident/Problem/Change/Request management processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management and communication expertise
