ServiceNow Production Support Manager

Position Overview

You will join Deutsche Bank as a ServiceNow Production Support Manager, working with a collaborative and global PlatformNow team to support a mission-critical ServiceNow platform used across the organisation. In this role, you will:

  • Help maintain platform stability, availability, and service quality
  • Support teams and stakeholders in resolving issues and improving service outcomes
  • Connect closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to enhance automation, strengthen performance, and ensure reliable service delivery in a regulated environment
  • Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of production support
  • Be part of a supportive and inclusive team that builds a dependable and responsive platform

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support internal and vendor teams to ensure consistent, reliable production support for the ServiceNow platform
  • Oversee incident, problem, and request management processes to uphold service quality and achieve timely resolutions
  • Monitor service performance and share insights on:
    • Service levels
    • Response times
    • Platform health
    • Informed decision-making
  • Encourage root cause analysis and drive improvements for stability and resilience
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to:
    • Support defect resolution
    • Make platform enhancements
    • Ensure long-term reliability
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners by:
    • Providing updates on performance, risks, and improvements

Your Skills and Experience

Essential qualifications include:

  • Proven experience supporting production services in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, including:
    • ITSM (IT Service Management)
    • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
    • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
    • ITAM (IT Asset Management)
  • Experience in:
    • Managing major incidents
    • Supporting service operations processes with care and diligence
  • Deep understanding of:
    • ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations
    • Methodical, detail-oriented problem-solving
  • Ability to:
    • Work effectively with global teams and partners
    • Communicate clearly and collaboratively
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements, operational resilience, and audit expectations in financial services
