Job Title: Servicenow PSR catalog architect
Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 months (Outside IR35)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design Product, Service and Resource catalog structures in ServiceNow.
- Define product-to-service and service-to-resource mappings.
- Support telecom order decomposition and fulfilment workflows.
- Design reusable product specifications, service specifications and resource specifications.
- Work with product, OSS, BSS, network and order management teams.
- Lead architecture and design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Define catalog governance, standards and lifecycle processes.
- Guide ServiceNow developers and review solution designs.
- Support integration with CRM, billing, provisioning, inventory and network systems.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PSR Catalog or telecom product catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow Sales and Order Management for Telecom.
- Good understanding of telecom products, services and network resources.
- Experience with order decomposition and fulfilment.
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards and APIs.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with telecom OSS/BSS platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with UK telecom clients.
- Knowledge of TMF620, TMF622, TMF633, TMF634 and TMF641.
- Experience with ServiceNow TSM, CSM, CMDB or Network Inventory.
- ServiceNow or TM Forum certifications.
