Inetum is a European leader in digital services.

With a team of 28,000 consultants present in 19 countries and a dense network of delivery centers, Inetum partners with leading software vendors to address digital transformation challenges through a combination of proximity and flexibility.

Currently searching for a ServiceNow Services Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth across Europe.

This role is strongly focused on building a new client base, creating long-term customer value, and positioning ServiceNow solutions as strategic platforms for enterprise-wide digital transformation.

You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint, working closely with ServiceNow, internal solution teams, and delivery leaders to turn opportunities into high-impact, long-term client engagements.

Key Responsibilities In This Role:

  • Build, own, and expand a new client database across Europe, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value-driven solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Position ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM/CRM, IRM, AI-driven solutions) as business outcomes, not just technology
  • Define and execute a territory and account growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow partner teams, solution consultants, and delivery organizations to win complex opportunities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, ServiceNow events, and key client engagements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
