Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Employment / Permanent Employee
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business objectives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on architect with deep ServiceNow platform expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership for platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, SSO, and enterprise APIs.
- Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, and design assurance.
- Drive platform optimisation, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance across delivery programmes.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead ServiceNow Consultant.
- Strong expertise across:
- ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and GRC
- CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, MID Server, Integration Hub)
- ServiceNow security, governance, and access controls
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of cloud, enterprise architecture, APIs, integration patterns, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into strategic technical solutions.

Desirable:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- CSA, CIS, or CAD certifications.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with AI, automation, and platform modernisation initiatives.
