Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a [ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect] to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business. The primary objective is to deploy, maintain, and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform to support both external customers and internal staff.
You will provide technical leadership to coach, mentor, and drive the personal and professional development of the team, ultimately creating a high-performing and engaged environment. From a delivery standpoint, you will analyze the impact of new requirements to deliver proactive IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) through implementation, automation, integration, and management of related toolsets.
Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust solution designs.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure the quality, integrity, and scalability of the final solution.
- Ensure ServiceNow platform alignment with the overall business and technology strategy.

Team Management: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of:
- Business Analysts
- Administrators
- Solution Architects
- Developers

Architecture Governance:
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team.
- Assist in migrating configurations across instances.

Innovation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and frameworks to improve solution design, delivery, and automation.

Workshops: Participate in and lead process workshops to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions: Proven expertise in various ServiceNow modules and functionalities, primarily focused on ITSM and ITOM.

ITIL Processes: Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices (ITIL Certification required).

Enterprise Environment Experience: Demonstrable experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points.

System Architecture & Design: Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable, robust architectures.

Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.

Delivery Track Record: A proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions that meet business needs.

Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills across all levels.

Security Clearance: Ability to gain and maintain UK SC Clearance.
