ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Permanent - Remote
We're looking for four experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultants to join our growing team and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
If you're passionate about the ServiceNow platform, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have strong experience with HRSD, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and technical consulting experience.
- Strong experience implementing and configuring HRSD.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as CSM is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations, Flow Designer, and platform best practices.
- Experience with custom application development, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on HRSD.
- Configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform to meet client requirements.
- Building integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders.
- Supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and governance.

Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD and/or CSM).
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CSM or other ServiceNow modules.
