Role: ServiceNow Tester
Fulltime
Location: London/Leeds/Exeter
Job Summary
Within an agile methodology framework, the ServiceNow Tester is responsible for managing the end-to-end testing process. This includes ensuring that the team has all necessary resources, co-ordinating the execution of testing activities, and aligning testing efforts with development across all phases. The Test Lead must ensure timely completion of all testing tasks and address all blockers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy detailed testing strategies.
- Defining quality metrics/strategies.
- Define the testing scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.
- Create test plans that align with the project goals and requirements.
- Identify and address impediments to team progress, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues affecting testing timelines.
- Ensure constant communication with relevant stakeholders regarding progress and blockers.

Essential Skills
- Experience in Testing within the UK public sector and/or regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Regular reporting to stakeholders, test outcomes, and risks for release in an actionable format.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and facilitate continuous improvement within testing.
- Defect tracking and resolution management, ensuring defects are documented with clarity.

Travel Requirements
Required to be in Leeds, London & Exeter UK as required for quarterly PI planning and occasional in-person workshops, will include some overnight stays.
