Services Assistant
Services Assistant - Temporary Summer Position

Eligibility
- Must be above the school-leaver age in your country (Check GOV.UK for confirmation)
- If your shifts run earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old
- Must hold Right to Work eligibility in the UK
This is a flexible summer temp position in Customer Experience, including late-night shifts and weekend work. Offered as a 12-hour contract with opportunities for overtime.
Role Responsibilities

** Checkout & Self-Service Support**
- Assist customers at physical checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations
- Proactively offer help to enhance the shopping experience

On-Demand Grocery & Click & Collect
- Pick and select products on the shop floor for our On-demand grocery ordering service
- Assist with Click & Collect parcels

Product Expertise & Recommendations
- Build great knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to offer tailored advice

Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising requests
