Job Title: Checkout/Kiosk & On-demand Grocery Deliverer


About the Role

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Act as a frontline customer service representative across our checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, assisting with queries and helping customers proactively.
    • Curate and select high-quality products on the shop floor to fulfill On-demand grocery orders, plus assist with Click & Collect parcel handling.
    • Provide product, service, and promotion knowledge to offer tailored recommendations.
    • Handle complaints, refunds, shelf stocking (tickets), and advertising compliance.
    • Safely manage and retrieve customer trolleys from car parks.
    • Work flexibly throughout the store as required to meet operational needs.
