Customer Service Colleague – Retail (Sainsbury’s)

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Across All Channels

    • Provide impeccable service at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, offering proactive help to customers.
    • Ascertain the best quality products on the shop floor for On-demand grocery ordering and assist with Click & Collect parcel deliveries.
  • Product & Promotion Knowledge

    • Develop strong expertise in products, services, and promotions to offer personalised recommendations.
  • Customer Issues & Compliance

    • Handle complaints, refunds, shelf stocking, and advertising professionally.
    • Apply safety protocols when moving and retrieving trolleys in customer parking areas.
  • Flexible & Dynamic Work

    • Adaptably support multiple store tasks, ensuring consistent quality and high standards across operations.
