Services Assistant
Frontline Shop Colleague Role
Always being on hand to serve and support customers at:
- Retail checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks
- Petrol stations (when applicable), providing assistance and proactively offering support
Daily responsibilities:

Grocery ordering & fulfilment:
- Picking and selecting high-quality products for On-demand grocery ordering
- Assisting customers with Click & Collect parcels and ensuring accuracy

Customer service & product knowledge:
- Building strong knowledge of products, services, and promotions to recommend and upsell
- Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising requests

Store operations:
- Safely moving and retrieving trolleys in customer car parks
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
