Services Assistant

Customer Assistant / Supermarket Team Member (Flexible)

Your Role

As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Support Across All Channels

    • Assisting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations
    • Proactively offering help and ensuring a smooth shopping experience
    • Managing trolley movements in customer car parks
  • Grocery & Order Fulfillment

    • Picking and selecting high-quality products for On-demand Grocery orders
    • Assisting with Click & Collect parcels
  • Product Knowledge & Recommendations

    • Building strong expertise in our products, services, and promotions
    • Providing tailored advice to help customers make the best choices
  • Operational & Customer Service Tasks

    • Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising inquiries
    • Upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the store
