Services Assistant
Customer Assistant / Supermarket Team Member (Flexible)
Your Role
As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:

Customer Support Across All Channels
- Assisting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations
- Proactively offering help and ensuring a smooth shopping experience
- Managing trolley movements in customer car parks

Grocery & Order Fulfillment
- Picking and selecting high-quality products for On-demand Grocery orders
- Assisting with Click & Collect parcels

Product Knowledge & Recommendations
- Building strong expertise in our products, services, and promotions
- Providing tailored advice to help customers make the best choices

Operational & Customer Service Tasks
- Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising inquiries
- Upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the store
