Services Co-ordinator

Location: Wrexham

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £25,357.50 per annum

Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave plus 1 additional day for your birthday, increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 29 days

Reconnect provides therapeutic services to children and families across social care settings, supporting Local Authority partners in understanding and improving the lives of young people.

About the Role

We are seeking a Services Co-ordinator to join a dedicated team providing therapeutic services to children and families across social care settings. This role is ideal for an organised and compassionate professional with experience in administration, coordination, case management, or working within health, education, social care, or family support services.

You will play a key role in coordinating the smooth delivery of therapeutic programmes, supporting service users, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication between families, carers, professionals, and partner organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, organisation, and delivery of therapeutic services across children’s social care settings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records relating to service activities, referrals, and outcomes.
  • Liaise professionally and sensitively with families, carers, local authority teams, and multi-agency professionals.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and logistics to support effective service delivery.
  • Maintain and update case records using CRM and case management systems.
  • Track referrals, service milestones, outcomes, and contract performance indicators.
  • Support team meetings, onboarding processes, and continuous service improvement projects.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with safeguarding requirements and data protection standards.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to compile clear and accurate chronological information from multiple sources.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, SharePoint, and digital case management systems.
  • Experience working with confidential information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Calm, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with professionals, families, and vulnerable individuals.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in a coordination, administration, case management, or support role within social care, healthcare, education, family services, or a therapeutic environment.
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures and data protection principles is desirable.
  • Experience monitoring outcomes, maintaining records, and supporting performance reporting is desirable.
  • Experience working with multi-agency teams and external stakeholders is beneficial.
