Europia is recruiting a Services Coordinator – Registered Social Worker
Europia is recruiting a Services Coordinator – Registered Social Worker to help lead and strengthen our frontline services across Greater Manchester.
About the Role
This new role will work closely with our CEO, Operations Manager and frontline team to develop a consistent service delivery framework that is trauma-informed, person-centred, culturally competent and aligned with Social Work England standards, the Advice Quality Standard and IAA requirements.
The successful candidate will provide professional practice leadership, reflective supervision and safeguarding support, while coordinating service delivery, quality improvement and organisational learning across our advice, advocacy, health, wellbeing and community services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional practice leadership

Requirements
We are looking for a registered social worker with experience of:
- Supervising others
- Managing complex cases
- Improving services

Job Details
- Hours: 28 hours per week
- Salary: £36,648–£38,223 FTE
- Location: Hybrid, with regular travel across Greater Manchester
