As the Services Delivery Lead at Plentific Ltd, you will oversee the seamless deployment of our property management solutions for major enterprise clients. What You Will Do
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of Plentific’s services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to align delivery strategies with customer requirements and business goals.
- Act as a senior point of contact for enterprise clients, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance throughout the implementation process.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in delivery management or professional services within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, ideally within the PropTech or FinTech space.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing complex, large-scale projects and navigating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating technical requirements into clear project milestones and successful business outcomes.
