Services Pharmacist

Pharmacist – Boots

What You’ll Be Doing

Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we support, delivering trusted care, advice and services that prioritise patients. In this role, you’ll:

  • Apply your clinical expertise daily
  • Work closely with a brilliant team and modern tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools
  • Lead adherence to professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve standards of care and safety
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop the wide healthcare team’s capability
  • Grow talent aligned with our communities by coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues
  • Serve as a ambassador for Boots, engaging community and healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need (Must-Haves)

  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator:

    • GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council)
    • PSNI (Northern Ireland)
    • PSI (Republic of Ireland)
  • Strong skills in:

    • Communication and building effective relationships
    • Leading patient and customer care in a pharmacy setting
