Services Portfolio Director - Large Tier 1 UK IT Solution Provider / MSP UK - UK-wide offices client site £120,000 - £150,000 + £20k + £5k (flexibility for the right candidate)

Exceptional role at an award-winning business in a prestigious UK channel role. One of the best UK Cloud & IT Infrastructure Solutions and Managed Services Providers is looking for a Services Portfolio Director to work with the CTO and Services Director

You will need experience working to build out Service Portfolios at a UK MSP in a Services lead role previously to be considered for this role

You will own, build, drive, and deliver the Managed Services portfolio strategy, growth and profitability.

• Own the Managed Services portfolio strategy. • Develop and launch new service offerings. across Cloud, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Networking, Modern Workplace and AI. • Drive revenue growth and profitability. • Define service pricing and go-to-market plans. • Work with Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Vendors. • Maintain service quality and governance. • Identify new market and customer opportunities. • Manage and optimise the service catalogue. • Build strategic vendor partnerships. • Monitor revenue, margin and customer satisfaction. • Support key customer and stakeholder engagements. • Drive automation and AI initiatives. • Lead and develop service teams. • Ensure compliance and best practice. • Deliver business transformation programmes.
