Your Role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager within our Services organization, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping project success, empowering clients, and leading initiatives. More than just coordinating activities, you’ll advance an agile mindset and centre the client’s journey and satisfaction in every endeavour. Your abilities will be key to realising measurable customer value and ensuring consistent on-time, on-budget project delivery.
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll harness cutting-edge technologies and actively shape the evolution of industrial digitalization.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Value Realization & Delivery Excellence:
- Own responsibility for ensuring high-value delivery—taking projects through from start to successful completion, consistently on time and within budget.
Establish & Align Project Governance:
- Define and implement robust project structures, governance frameworks, and adherence to Siemens Delivery Framework, ensuring strategies align with business goals.
Master Project Finance & Risk Mitigation:
- Direct financial oversight of projects, proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks while delivering a financially healthy outcome.
Strategic Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor project KPIs, present actionable insights to management and ground decision-making processes with data-driven narratives.

- Sharp analytical thinking and creative problem-solving, breaking down intricate issues into solvable parts and foreseeing customer needs with innovative solutions.

Education Background: a completing degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
(\int) Plus-Incompetencies
While a qualified Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly regarded, we recognise that hands-on experience and a proven history of leadership matter most.
Ideally, you have experience in a complex industry, such as:
- Aerospace & Defense
- Software
- Automotive
Compensation & Benefits Framework
The total cash compensation range for this position is £50,000 – £99,900, including a potential £20% annual incentive (100% achievability target). Exact compensation is tailored to the alignment of your skills, experience, and qualifications.
