We seek a Services Project Manager to drive retail display installations—a role that blends operational execution with commercial strategy and partner management.

About The Role: Services Project Manager

The Services Manager ensures seamless end-to-end delivery of installation projects while overseeing a network of partners. This role requires a structured, commercially focused mindset to balance operational efficiency with client satisfaction—all while scaling spare parts and maintenance operations across the EMEA region.

Located at: Global outlook (co-located from Mijdrecht, London, or Fleet). Hours: 37.5 hrs/week.

Reports to: Services Team Leader


Key Responsibilities

✦ Project Oversight

  • Drive on-time and within-budget delivery of retail display installations in EMEA.
  • Monitor and implement continuous improvement in installation workflows and process efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, client specifications, and regional regulations.

✦ Partner Network Management

  • Build, maintain, and grow a network of trusted installation partners across Netherlands, UK, and wider EMEA.
  • Assess partner performance, mitigate and escalate risks, and enforce alignment with company requirements.
  • Negotiate and manage SLAs and contracts with partners to clarify expectations.

✦ Spare Parts & Maintenance

  • Develop data-driven strategies for EMEA-wide spare parts logistics and inventory.
  • Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs to sustain client assets long-term.
  • Partner with procurement and finance to optimize cost reduction in spare parts supply chains.

✦ Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align installation timelines with Sales, Clients, and Operations to exceed project objectives.
  • Offer technical/logistical support during pre-sales rounds and client onboarding.
  • Track KPIs, compile clear reports, and document installation activities for internal and external review.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in project and/or supply chain execution across EMEA.
  • Proven ability to manage global installation partners, enforce agreements, and scale operations efficiently.
  • Strong operational leadership—hands-on coordination of teams and contractors while balancing budgets.
  • Commercial acumen with a customer-centric focus, particularly in retail or point-of-sale environments.
  • Logistics/warehouse knowledge in spare parts inventory and supply chain optimisation.
  • Willingness to travel (approximate: equivalent of at least 50% company travel).
