Senior Services Solutions Manager (SSM) at Level 4
The Senior Services Solutions Manager (SSM) at Level 4 is a fully qualified professional responsible for managing complex engagements. This role focuses on the strategic transition of customers from purchasing "hours" to achieving "defined impact" and business value. You will act as a consultative challenger, ensuring that every Statement of Work (SOW) is a rigorous, milestone-driven roadmap linked to specific business outcomes.

Why This Role?
- Complex Problem Solving: Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Strategic Impact: Own the services lifecycle for high-stakes, complex engagements, ensuring technical discovery is grounded in core product capabilities.
- Operational Leadership: Implement formal Scope Governance and maintain practice margin health through meticulous SFDC rigor.
What You’ll Do:
- Consultative Challenger: Provide the confidence to challenge unrealistic customer requests and offer strategic trade-off options to protect project health and customer success.
- Scope Governance: Lead deep technical discovery pre-signature and implement formal, auditable change management processes for all scope modifications.
- Commercial Data Integrity: Own the accuracy of bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC, ensuring the commercial health of the practice.
- Value Engineering: Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps, ensuring SOW alignment with customer Use Cases.
- Cross-Functional Networking: Network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise to drive alignment on the "Unified Front."

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree.
- Field Expertise: 5-8 years of field sales or services delivery experience, specifically within Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud fields.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery, Scoping, and leading deep discovery pre-signature.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions in complex environments.
