Join our Customer Experience team and help shape the future of connected and electrified services at JLR. As a Services Strategy Analyst, you’ll uncover insights, explore emerging opportunities and influence strategic decisions that support our vision of Modern Luxury.
What To Expect
You’ll become part of a team focused on defining the future of JLR’s services experience. Working across connected and electrification services, you’ll help identify opportunities that create value for our clients, our business and our shared future. With exposure to senior stakeholders across JLR, this is a chance to flourish while building expertise in strategy, market intelligence and innovation. Here's what to expect:
- Researching market trends, disruptions and emerging signals to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making
- Delivering quantitative and qualitative analysis across the automotive, mobility and digital services landscape
- Developing and validating new service concepts, supporting the assessment of future growth opportunities and commercial value
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver benchmarking activities, workshops and strategic initiatives
- Creating compelling presentations and recommendations that communicate complex topics with clarity and impact

What You’ll Need
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to help you succeed here, including:
- Demonstrating experience in research, discovery, market analysis or strategy-related work
- Applying structured analytical thinking to solve complex data-driven problems and identify key opportunities
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders and influencing across different teams and levels
- Communicating complex information clearly through written reports, presentations and discussions
- Using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel confidently, with experience in analysing and presenting insights
- Experience within the automotive, mobility, digital services or market research sectors would be advantageous.
This is a part-time role (23 hours per week) to be worked across three days, typically Monday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Thursday. As the role involves regular collaboration with stakeholders across the business, attendance on-site is expected for a minimum of two days per week.
