Job Title: Sessional Justice Service Unpaid Work Supervisor
Location: Stirling
About the Role:
Stirling Justice Service Social Work is currently recruiting for a sessional Justice Service Unpaid Work Supervisor role. This position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of Unpaid Work Services within the team. The post holder will work as part of a busy team to help organise and manage those attending unpaid work to oversee the completion of unpaid work hours imposed by the Court. The post holder will also oversee the completion of community projects designed to benefit the local community.

- Work on a sessional basis, which may include weekend work to cover existing staff leave and support the service during periods of increased demand.
- Develop skills and experience in this area of work.
- Support service users in developing practical and social skills as part of their sentence.
- Encourage the development of personal responsibility, employability, and improved relationships with the community.
Requirements:
- Be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults. Verification will be required if the application progresses after the interview.
