Our client is a well-established manufacturer of bespoke products used within the electrical industry sector for both the UK and globally. They are seeking a Setter Operator to join their existing team. As a Setter Operator, you will set, calibrate, and operate production machinery.
Setter Operator Responsibilities
- Setting and operating production machinery.
- Use precision measurement tools.
- Work to tight tolerances.
- Measure out length and quantity of materials using Excel and mental arithmetic.
- Ensure that production targets are achieved.

Setter Operator Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Setter Operator position.
- Experienced in using production machinery.
- Background in the metal industry sector would be beneficial but not essential.
- Must be a team player.
- Comfortable being trained on both new and legacy machinery.
