Shared Services IT Support Lead

Job Details: Job Reference: HCC624352  Salary Range: £40,643 - £45,077 per annum Work Location: Elizabeth II Court, Winchester (Hybrid Working) Hours per week: 37 (part-time hours may be considered) Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 3 July 2026 Interview Date: w/c 13 July 2026

You’ll lead, guide, and motivate the team who support predominantly SAP HR, Payroll, Finance, and SuccessFactors modules, and you may be asked to help support other areas of IT. You’ll ensure that challenging queries raised by the business or our partner organisations are analysed and resolved by the team within agreed SLAs. Collaborating with other SAP teams and with support colleagues in our Integrated Business Centre will be essential, as will the ability to articulate complex technical themes to non-technical audiences. You will also be required to drive the escalation and resolution of high-priority and/or high-impact issues, which will involve liaising with teams across the business, IT, and senior stakeholders.What you’ll do: This role will suit an individual who spends the majority of their time using SAP HR, Payroll, Finance, or SuccessFactors in a business environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and line management experience.
