Shared Service Manager
Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a truly global manufacturing organisation located close to Croydon on a Hybrid basis (Minimum 3 days PW in the office) who are seeking to recruit a Shared Service Manager.
This is an award winning and market leading organisation.
Duties will include
- Manage the invoice analyst group in various locations across the International region
- Lead a team of 15 across the UK and EMEA/APAC regions
- Maintain the robust standardized invoicing process across all Service Centres and business units
- Maintain a standard invoicing process worldwide
- Work with Service Centre Management to increase the timeliness and accuracy of the maintenance invoices
- Establish a governance that helps meet or exceed key performance indicators related to invoicing process
- Provide regular governance to Management to escalate major challenges and invoicing risks to drive invoicing behaviours
- Prioritize, schedule and coordinate the invoicing needed at month-end for the worldwide organization to meet its financial targets

- Extensive line management of large sized teams across both UK and offshore
- Strong financial modelling and background in Invoices from a Aerospace, engineering, manufacturing background (With a physical product)
- Previous experience of building best in class teams
- Track record in streamlining and developing processes
- Stakeholder engagement at a Senior level both external and internal
