Shared Services Specialist Our Shared Services Specialist will oversee all aspects of HR administration for Compco Fire Systems. You will be responsible for leading the smooth delivery of HR shared services all from our Worcestershire Head Office. Are you looking for your next Shared Services Specialist role? With exceptional people, data management, and organisational skills, you, as the Shared Services Specialist, will act as a vital function of the People Team at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver end-to-end HR shared services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely support for employees and managers. Manage HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, leavers and employee records. Support the coordination of learning and development activities, maintaining training matrices, competency frameworks and training schedules. Own HR systems and data integrity, managing HR enquiries, producing people metrics and reports and ensuring GDPR compliance. Support payroll and workforce administration through accurate data management and compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes, implementing system enhancements and standardising procedures. What You’ll Need: Proven experience in a Shared Services or HR Administration role or similar. CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management or Learning and Development (or working towards). Strong experience of operating, managing and updating HRIS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent knowledge of HR administration and UK employment legislation. It would be great if you also have: Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or a field-based environment Experience with using Workdays HRIS This is an office-based role and would require the successful Shared Services Specialist to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
