Product Analyst

About Our Team

The Product Analytics team turns behavioural and product data into insights that help us evaluate product changes, improve user experience and influence product strategy. We work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers and senior stakeholders to understand user behaviour and identify opportunities with the greatest customer and business impact.

About The Role

In this role, you will lead the Product Analytics scope for one or more of our fast-growing, innovative, world-leading products. You will be part of an analytics team of 30+ analysts located in Amsterdam and London, working with product teams and stakeholders across the US, UK and the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand User Behaviour

    • Use behavioural and transactional data to measure user journeys, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion and satisfaction.
    • Use techniques such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, user segmentation and feature adoption to generate actionable insight.
  • Define Product Success

    • Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to translate customer needs, product strategy and business objectives into clear product goals (OKRs) and success metrics.
  • Evaluate Product Changes

    • Design measurement approaches for new product features, launches and iterations (including A/B testing and experimentation), to determine whether changes are driving customer and business outcomes.
  • Use AI-Assisted Practices

    • Use AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows, including SQL and Python development, exploratory analysis, visualisation and documentation.
    • Apply agentic working practices by breaking complex questions into clear briefs for AI assistants and applying human judgement and validation checks to ensure results are accurate and useful.
  • Communicate Insight Clearly

    • Tell compelling stories with data through concise analysis, presentations, and dashboards.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to audiences ranging from product squads to senior leadership.
    • Help stakeholders interpret results and make confident, data-informed decisions.
  • Improve Measurement Quality

    • Work with Product and Engineering colleagues to ensure the right product data capture is in place.
    • Define tracking requirements that make future product decisions easier and more reliable.

Requirements:

  • Product Analytics Experience
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics or a closely related analytical role where you have used data to influence product decisions, feature development or customer experience improvements.
    • Whether you are an emerging senior analyst or a seasoned expert, we would love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
