We're looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving digital transformation across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, build innovative solutions, and make a real impact on how people work every day.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop user-friendly solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, helping teams collaborate more effectively, automate repetitive tasks, and gain valuable insights from data.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and enhancing SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and permissions
- Designing and developing Power Apps that support and improve business processes
- Creating Power Automate workflows to streamline tasks and increase efficiency
- Building engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that support better decision-making
- Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions
- Providing guidance, training, and support to users across the organisation
- Supporting governance, adoption, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment
- Exploring emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate

What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Understanding of permissions management, governance, and information architecture
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys turning ideas into effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
